SOCAR dominates in Seoul and the Seoul metropolitan area (Gyeonggi-do, Incheon), with particularly dense coverage near subway stations and commercial districts. GreenCar, backed by Lotte Rental, has broader nationwide coverage and may be the better option in smaller cities, tourist destinations, and areas outside the capital region.
